well obviously we both realize that there is a problem with the laser (as it cannot read any discs). therefore you may have to get the laser replaced or get it to some repair shop. may i suggest that you get a ps3 instead of wasting valuable cash on replacing a laser. ps2 isnt worth much now anyways (i had one and sold it for only 50)Answer #2:
Yeah, i agree with Bob. I had to replace my laser for $75 every 6-10 months since most new lasers are unreliable. I only did this twice before i convinced my dad to get me a PS3 since the accumulated cost of replacing the laser over and over again would eventually total to much more than $500 to get a PS3.** Powered by Yahoo Answers
